Printing to a Ricoh Copier

It is possible to print multiple copies of documents directly to the copier and skip the step of printing a master on a regular printer.

All PC/Windows computers can print to all of our ricoh printers. The Mac computers, however, can only print to copiers that have a postcript card installed.  Note: If you print to a non-compatible copier from a mac, we not only waste a ream of paper, but we are charged more for maintenance.

There is one such copier in the faculty room (the one next to the rizo copier) and another is the sixth grade copier.

In the print dialoge box, the copier names are a bit cryptic so here's a photo showing the location of the different copiers.  [Click to enlarge]
